Hello ladies! Happy April - Spring is finally here!
So I've got some pretty big news =) You guys will now have friends on both coasts! That's right, I'm moving! I just got a job offer yesterday out in Connecticut, New Haven specifically. I've been asked to come out and work on a gubernatorial campaign for finance. It's all happening very quickly - I'll probably be moving in about 2 weeks.
New Haven looks pretty fantastic, though I've never been. It's on the west side of the state so I'm only an hour's train ride into NY city =) I'm very nervous and sad to be leaving Des Moines when I've finally gotten comfortable with my work and social life. I told friends here yesterday and ended up crying most of the day lol. If any of you are out on the east coast please come visit!

ReplyDeleteThe newer version of pride and prejudice came on tv today and it was the end where Mr. Darcy is walking towards Elizabeth...this is where I should have been thinking about how I wish he was walking towards me...but all I could think about was how we used to watch these movies ALL the time! Miss you :)
